What to Expect

As a writer posting his work in a blog format, short creative writing pieces are the most logistically friendly. I love writing short stories and poetry, and will try to keep the creative content flowing. I also have some great ideas for extended stories that would span across several posts. This approach is primarily inspired by the work of editor Daniel O'Brien's online masterpiece, Bartender (it's a great read: truly worth it.) For those interested in contemporary culture (aren't we all?) you'll also find reviews on music and movies along with analyses of both.
As hypothesized— and in my humble opinion, quite clearly proven—by Malcolm Gladwell in his bestseller "Outliers", the key to mastery is 10,000 hours of practice. Mr. Gladwell: I accept your implied challenge. I will become a master writer with these readers as my witnesses.
For those readers in tune with internet memes.
